The flexible modular lamellae filter system can be configured with multiple layers combined. The system can adapt to specific filtration jobs from raw dust down to nano-dust with different overlapping ratios. Still, the filters show unrivaled high air permeability and low resistance to the airstream. The customer can define the size of the filters. After a successful test phase on the customer’s site, Dexwet will deliver the production quantities on order. Dexwet filters are always multi-use filters, they get washed hot, and after drying, the Absorber Fluid is re-applied, using the convenient Spray-can.

Dexwet Filters can also be used with other filters and on-air vents to provide safety and reliability. Customized solutions will provide a solution on specialized air vents that are not conventional.

Compared to conventional dry filter media, the filter exchange term of Dexwet filters is at least 2x longer. In some applications, filters can last up to 12x longer. This means fewer filter changes are necessary and reduced maintenance and ongoing costs once the filter is in operation.
